FLAG commissions survey to understand member performance

FLAG (Flexo Label Advantage Group, LLC) recently partnered with industry market research and marketing firm LPC, Inc., to conduct a detailed market research survey focusing on the performance and challenges faced by its Members in 2023.

Given the economic challenges that 2023 has presented, including industry-specific headwinds, inflation, and workforce obstacles, this research initiative aims to gain insight into:

  • Market slowdown duration: Estimations from Members on the expected length of the current market downturn.
  • Sales compensation models: A look into various compensation structures adopted by businesses for their sales teams.
  • Strategic wins: Exploring the most impactful actions taken by businesses in the last 6-12 months that have driven success.
  • Sales goals breakdown: Analyzing how businesses are allocating their sales targets between new client acquisition and growth with existing clients.
